REFRAMD Fit App
A face scan, a personal fit profile, and frames that actually fit
The fit system needs reliable geometric input. The capture tool became a consumer product.
REFRAMD Fit uses the iPhone TrueDepth camera and ARKit to run a 3D facial scan, derive the measurements the frame-generating algorithm takes as input, and return a Personal Eyewear Profile.
Measurements become a ranked list of frame recommendations from a curated catalogue, with fit scores, guardrails for shapes to avoid, and filtering by material, shape and colour family. A skin tone panel uses the Monk Skin Tone scale for tone-aware colour recommendations.
The profile is stored on-device and can be exported or shared — a portable fit profile the wearer can take to any optician or online retailer.
I built it with Swift, SwiftUI, ARKit and RealityKit through AI-assisted development, without a formal engineering team.
